The factory rulebook

1. Who runs the works

These terms govern your use of bubblesoapworks.com ("Bubble Soap Works", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of bubblesoapworks.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Who may clock in

Bubble Soap Works is only for users aged 19 or over. When you use it, you are confirming that you are 19 or over.

3. Coins off the conveyor

• The games run on virtual coins, given out at no charge.
• Coins are worth no money and are not money, credit or property.
• No one can purchase, sell, withdraw, transfer or exchange coins for money, goods, services or prizes. The app offers nothing to buy.
• No prize worth anything in the real world comes off this belt.
• We may alter or reset coins, levels and features at any time we choose.

4. No gambling for money on this floor

Nothing on the floor of Bubble Soap Works offers or promotes real-money gambling, and no link sends you to a gambling operator.

5. Your locker

• Rubber Duck Rinse and Lather Cascade need a free account. Only one account per person is allowed, and it is not to be shared.
• Your password is yours alone. If someone else has used your account, tell us immediately.
• From your account page you can delete your account at any moment. It is removed instantly, with no way back.
• We may suspend an account that is used to disrupt the site, or one we think belongs to somebody under 19.
• Coins, levels and missions stay in the account’s locker, never become your property, and may be reset.

6. Conduct on the floor

You must not try to disrupt the site, point automated tools at it, offer coins in trade, or let anyone under 19 use it.

7. Breakdowns on the line, and liability

We provide the site ‘as is’ and may change or withdraw any part of it. A malfunction voids all plays and pays. No part of these terms limits liability that the law forbids us to limit, and your statutory rights are not affected.

8. The law the works runs under

The works and these rules fall under the laws of the Province of Ontario, plus the federal laws of Canada that apply in Ontario.
